The new film, however, will not be a direct sequel to 2010’s “Tron: Legacy” and 1982’s “Tron,” but chart its own path as a new installment in the franchise.

Jared Leto, who signed onto the project in 2017, is attached to star, as well as produce with Justin Springer and Emma Ludbrook. Jesse Wigutow wrote the latest version of the script, which remains in development at Disney; the project does not have a greenlight.

Updated: Dominic Buchanan, one of the producers on BAFTA-winning series “The End of the F***ing World,” has questioned the rules preventing him from accessing a BAFTA mask trophy, despite his company’s credit on the show’s award last month.

The plan, at least for now, is “trying to think about starting shooting in New York before Christmas,” according to showrunner and creator Jesse Armstrong.

Madonna has revealed that she is working on a screenplay with Oscar-winning writer Diablo Cody.

The pop star announced the news in a short video posted to her Instagram on Friday with the caption, “When you’re stuck in a house with multiple injuries what do you do? Write a screenplay with Diablo Cody about…?” Madonna followed this statement with emojis indicating that the project could be music-related.

The video shows Madonna and Cody working together, with Cody typing on a laptop and a table full of dated notebooks in front of them. Madonna even describes to Cody her iconic Jean Paul Gaultier cone-bra costume from the 1990 “Blond Ambition” tour, leading fans to theorize that the two are writing a biopic of Madonna’s career.

“The garters were over the suit bottoms, right?” Cody asks in the video. “Yeah,” Madonna replies. “Straight pin-striped pants sit beneath the corset, it’s cut high-waisted on the leg,

ABC Pulling a ‘Black-Ish’ Episode Only Gave it More Power (Column)
The most surefire way to make people interested in a product is to ban it from circulation. ABC found this out the hard way in 2018 when it pulled an episode of “Black-ish” from its schedule less than a week before it was due to air, which all but guaranteed that it would become the stuff of TV industry legend. “Black-ish,” from creator Kenya Barris, had already tackled plenty of “hot button issues” before. This particular episode — written by Barris and Peter Saji — supposedly contained more concentrated anti-Trump material than most, and after the 2016 election, ABC was going through a very

Mike Darnell, president of Warner Bros. unscripted and alternative division, will continue to lead Warner Horizon’s unscripted unit, along with Telepictures and Shed Media. While the three will continue to operate independently, physical production, business affairs and finance for all unscripted programming will now be consolidated in a new organizational structure servicing all three labels.

Larry Wilmore Has Outtakes From the ‘Diversity Day’ Episode of ‘The Office’ and He’s Already Said Too Much
Larry Wilmore told TV critics on Monday that he has outtakes from his scene with Steve Carell in the classic “Diversity Day” episode of “The Office” that he “can’t even say what they are.”

The implication being that the outtakes were even more politically incorrect than what made it to NBC’s airwaves in March 2005, on just the second-ever episode of the American “The Office.”

Those outtakes with Carell — who played Dunder Mifflin manager Michael Scott, the man whose offensive impersonation of a Chris Rock stand-up comedy routine triggered the need for Wilmore’s character to administer office-wide sensitivity training — “were so funny,” Wilmore said.

            What Is WiFi 6?

WiFi 6 routers differ from their predecessors in the three ways that really count: They’re faster, more secure, and capable of connecting to more devices without getting bogged down or slow.
